The refund terms are as follows:
1.Cancelling the order before medicine dispatch: If you cancel your request for treatment after booking but before the medicine dispatch; refund will be given after deducting 10% of the amount. (10% is deducted as handling charges).
2.Cancelling the order after medicine dispatch: No refund can be availed after medicine dispatch.
